back to nicheck and evil mage dude.
i don't know how other people color night scenes. me, i just color everything like it would look in daylight and then add a layer of nightly dark blue.

other news and stuff:
starcraft 2 is still awesome. i finished the campaign last week and can't wait for the next ones to be released. i realized you need a name AND a code to find people on the battlenet. so you need to look for 'nicheck' and '720'...
also, fantasy filmfest!
movie review(s): solomon kane: it's an OK movie. nothing more, nothing less. 2.5 out of 5 crosses.
tucker and dale vs. evil: hilarious. i liked it very, very much. and not only because alan tudyk's in it. 5 out of 5 suicide pacts.
centurion: like solomon kane. nothing special. so the roman oppressors got their butts kicked. why should i care? they started it! the picts had every right to kill them. which they did. nicely. 3 out of 5 fur cloaks.
monsters: one of those movies that i liked a lot, but couldn't really tell you why. maybe because it all felt so real. like real life, only with monsters. 4.5 out of 5 ferry tickets.
the sorcerer's apprentice: pirates of the caribbean was based on a disney world ride. now they managed to make a surprisingly good movie based on a short cartoon based on a goethe poem. needless to say it has great fx, too. 3.5 out of 5 russian puppets.
